Thanksgiving and Hannukah leftovers still crammed in your fridge from last week? Why not make stuffing balls, coat them with fried potato latkes, stuff the centre with sticky, sweet cranberry sauce and then re-fry them? The only thing missing is gravy, made with schmaltz (pure chicken lard) to top off this over-the-top holiday creation.
